Nejoud Restaurant Management commissioned Havelock One Interiors to perform the turnkey fit-out of its first % ΔRΔBICΔ store in Qatar, located in the newly restored Msheireb Downtown Doha.
% ΔRΔBICΔ is a coffee shop franchise from the heart of Kyoto, Japan, which has gained a foothold in the Middle East. Designed by Puddle, a Tokyo-based architecture company, the store reflects the timeless, gentle aesthetic of modern Japanese minimalism.
One of the dominant features of the space is the floor-to-ceiling glass windows that allow for natural light to awaken the senses to the aroma of brewing coffee. The crisp, white Corian countertops and Japanese Cypress wood panels, installed by our Qatar fit-out team, make the customers appreciate the store’s wide variety of single-origin beans in brown jute sacks, displayed in glass shelves that line the wall. Wooden benches are available indoors while prefabricated metal mesh benches with leather cushions offer comfortable courtyard seating.
As customers enjoy their cup of coffee, the interior simply fades into the background letting the customers immerse in the flavours of the world’s best coffee beans undistracted.
