The latest design element in Shake Shack fast-food restaurants is the brand’s origin story routed on reclaimed original face oak wood wall cladding. It took some internal R&D to make the individual letters shine as the reclaimed finish doesn’t accommodate carved edges easily. Eventually, our teams found the right solution, using white opal acrylic, which supports the aesthetic look of ‘Our Story’. Endorsing sustainability, Havelock One is proud that we help Shake Shack and Alshaya’s endeavour to make recycled materials look good and appetising.
