Havelock One executed various stores for the Lebanese chocolatier, including the turnkey fit-out of their boutique concept outlet in Bahrain and KSA, and a flagship store in Dubai Mall.
Patchi’s new retail outlet design resembles an exclusive yet modern jewellery store with wall and tabletop glass cases filled with elegantly wrapped chocolate boxes. Designed by project architect Parisotto + Formenton Architetti-Italy and MEP consultant SYDEN-Lebanon, the space realises the balance between brand, function, luxury and art.
The illuminated brand sign on the black facade with the large glass panels applied throughout the store truly invites mall-goers for a treat. Apart from custom FF&E manufactured in our factory, we completed the shop fitting with marble and wooden flooring, furnished with bespoke display tables and illumined wall cabinets, giving the outlet a feel of luxury, elegance and exclusivity. Another major highlight of this project is the much-adored wall panelling, using fabric finish and customised display units. Following the successful installation at the City Centre, Havelock One carried out the turnkey fit-out for a much bigger outlet at The Avenues, Bahrain, which includes external seatings within the mall corridor and on their seaside balcony. With a menu of all-natural and premium ingredients, one can also enjoy the vast livery of pastel colours within their indoor dine-in space. The huge metal display racks are lined with colourful pieces of crystal decors, along with delicacies in attractive display bowls and trays, to entice the comfort of the space.
Update Dec-2022: We have so far executed five outlets for Patchi and several works for their warehouse. The most recent fit-out was done for a flagship store in Dubai Mall. The store is truly unique with its fluted column claddings, Terrazzo cladded counters and flooring with seamless joints, and the baffled ceilings. Our fit-out team procured all finishes, including the back-of-house (BOH) kitchen with equipment, assessed site MEP provisions and coordinated joinery production for this project.
