Fitting out a LEGO Certified Store is reminiscent of our childhood - building little empires brick by brick. Therefore, Havelock One was delighted to bring this toy store to life within 2.5 months, only.

Founded as a family business in 1932, LEGO Certified Stores became part of the Majid Al Futtaim group in 2015 as a franchise for the Middle East. And now, the entire portfolio from LEGO Star Wars to LEGO DUPLO to LEGO Creator Expert and more found a new ‘home’ in a 2,500 sq. ft. flagship store in Mall of the Emirates, Dubai.
Our fit-out project manager orchestrated an entire team of suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that the different shop-fittings, displays and finishes created a bright and welcoming toy store in unison, inviting small and not so small customers to discover the broad range of product lines. Lead times for materials sourced from overseas had to be considered and we needed to find the right contractor to build the feature shopfront, imitating a LEGO brick pattern in Corian. Eventually, it all came together to match the client-provided design.
