At this hospitality gem, Havelock One was in charge of the fit-out of and joinery works for the king guestrooms. The resort is nestled on a private beach in Manama’s Seef district, beautifully enclosed by the Arabian sea.

Havelock One was tasked by Sevens Holding to deliver the turnkey fit-out for 50 king guestrooms, only excluding the FF&E package. The scope covered wall, floor and ceiling treatments, decorative A/C grills in addition to special glazing and joinery works, involving extravagant yet classy materials and finishes such as decorative armour coating, gold leafing, stainless steel and brass components as well as quarter-cut American walnut.
Due to the fast-track nature of the project and the ample array of specialist materials, coordination and planning were paramount to the successful and timely implementation. Our procurement and manufacturing functions worked hand in hand to support a seamless installation sequence and delivery on site, making us a benchmark amongst all interior contractors involved across the resort.
